First big step...

Today I take a big step in the photography world… I have my first event! Can we say… SCARY!!! It will be at the Isle Casino for the Boys and Girls club of Broward County. I have always helped out and work for years for them so I contacted them to allow me to take event pictures for them for practice and for marketing. So this will be a HUGE practice for me and of course it is much needed! I’m pretty relaxed because one its practice and two my two primas will be with me ;-) we started a company… Paparazzi Angels! so I’m used excited to work with them… but wait I already do… haha we work full time at another job together! Well anyways look out for us because we are about to take this photography to the next level! ;-) ttyl got to go get ready!

A is for Aperture

Getting to know my partner in crime, Mr. D40, it has been 1 week since we got together. Auto is so much easier with him but I need to get to know him more so we set him on “A” and wow I need to practice some more on that! Yea I know it control the Depth of fields and amount of light but of course its easier said then done and come on, came it be as easy as “auto” lol! I'm learning a lot on my own about natural light so that it a good thing. Here are some samples of my practice. They go from good to bad!

Monday, Sept 14, 2009 Class

Class is great! My assignment that I turned in was ok. And he used it to show the class how to resize. So I saw my baby girl for awhile on the screen ;-) We learn new things about Aperture. I learned more about aperture and the teacher assigned us to practice on that and send the picture to him. Let see how Mr. D40 do off of auto!
